Marketing Automation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist based in the United States. This is a remote marketing technology role focused on executing and optimizing automated customer and advisor engagement programs. You will build and test multi-channel journeys spanning email, direct mail, SMS, landing pages, and forms. The role combines hands-on marketing automation with audience segmentation, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. You will work closely with paid media and integrated marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into effective automated workflows. Data accuracy and continuous experimentation will be central to improving engagement and key performance indicators. The position also offers opportunities to expand into personalization initiatives and apply AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and service quality. Success requires strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, organization, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
