They’re hiring top-tier engineers in Munich to build AI products and lead the development of algorithms that push what LLMs can do. What You’ll Do - Ship AI that works in production: Build and deploy proprietary algorithms that significantly improve the quality of generated patents. - Own evaluation: Build a high-scale evaluation framework that benchmarks their models and sets the direction for R&D. - Push prompting forward: Research and implement cutting-edge prompting methods to get the most out of the models. - Work across the stack: Your focus is AI, but you’ll also work in Python, Postgres and React so the research turns into a product lawyers actually use.
