SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities - Lead HCM data migration workshops; define scope, deliverables, and quality bars. - Serve as the functional SME for SuccessFactors Payroll, aligning configuration with business rules. - Map and validate HR core processes (payroll, benefits, time, org management) with stakeholders. - Document functional specs and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment. - Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles; reconcile results and defects. - Establish cutover and parallel run readiness criteria for payroll. - Track issues and decisions; present clear options and risks to project leadership. - Support test planning and execution related to payroll and HR processes. - Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams.
