CFO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CFO – Lite based in the United States. This remote, full-time opportunity is designed for an experienced financial leader who enjoys helping small business owners make better decisions through financial insight. You will support a portfolio of approximately 40 solo law firm owners, helping them understand their financial performance, strengthen profitability, and manage cash flow effectively. Working as part of a fractional executive team alongside CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Controllers, you will provide practical financial guidance tailored to each client’s business. Through regular strategy sessions, financial analysis, and forecasting, you will turn complex numbers into clear recommendations. This role combines financial expertise, client coaching, and hands-on strategic advisory work.
