Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo) based in Turkey. We are looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Manager with strong Klaviyo expertise to drive engaging, high-performing campaigns for established direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands. In this full-time, fully remote role, you will take ownership of email marketing projects from planning and copywriting to campaign execution and performance. You will build and optimize campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups that strengthen customer relationships and generate measurable revenue. Beyond email, you will contribute to broader customer communication initiatives, including WhatsApp and direct mail campaigns. Working closely with designers and company leadership, you will manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery. You will also use modern AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and focus more on strategy, creativity, and results.
