This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of an innovative, multi-year research and development program at the intersection of virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and healthcare education. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team developing immersive training experiences designed to improve professional learning and clinical readiness. Working closely with product, engineering, design, research, and clinical stakeholders, you will drive Agile execution and coordinate complex technical workstreams. The role combines hands-on Scrum leadership with program management, client engagement, and international collaboration. You will help translate research objectives into measurable outcomes while establishing scalable delivery practices for future immersive training initiatives.
