What are we looking for? - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (mandatory). - 6+ years of experience in IT Architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. - Broad professional background combining Systems and Applications Architecture, Project Management and Requirements Gathering. - Hands-on experience in Project Management activities and requirements analysis. - Experience working on Public Sector projects (highly valued). - Experience in preparing and designing tender specifications and technical procurement documents (Cadernos de Encargos). - Knowledge of UX/UI principles and Accessibility standards. - Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments. - Knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server, MySQL and MariaDB. - Experience with Web Servers such as IIS and Apache. - Strong analytical, problem-solving and requirements assessment skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Must hold a nationality that makes the candidate eligible for GNS security clearance (mandatory). Nice to Have - Previous experience in public administration or government-related projects. - Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with different stakeholders. - Experience in defining technical architectures and designing solutions within complex IT environments. What will you do? - Design and define architectures for systems and applications, primarily within Microsoft technology environments. - Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. - Participate in requirements gathering activities, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical specifications. - Support and coordinate Project Management activities throughout the project lifecycle. - Contribute to the preparation and design of tender specifications (Cadernos de Encargos) and technical documentation. - Ensure architectural solutions consider UX/UI principles and accessibility requirements. - Assess and define solutions involving Linux and Windows Server environments. - Support architectural decisions related to databases such as SQL Server, MySQL and MariaDB. - Define and assess solutions involving Web Server technologies, including IIS and Apache. - Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders and business representatives to ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure solutions comply with technical requirements, quality standards and project objectives.
