We are looking for a Senior Java Developer: • 🗣 Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate 🧾 Employment type: Full time 🌍 Candidate Location: Poland 🚀 Start: January 🧭 Planned Work Duration: Minimum 12 months 👥 Customer Description: Our client is a global management consulting organization serving enterprises and public-sector organizations worldwide. 🧩 Project Description: A global technology ecosystem supporting strategy-to-execution delivery across Generative AI, cloud transformation, and advanced analytics. ⚙️ Project Phase: Ongoing 💡 Hard Skills / Must Have: • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot • Practical knowledge of AI tools for software development • Ability to use AI tools for tasks beyond the primary technology stack • Adaptability to different technologies and technical requirements ✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional): • Python scripting • Next.js • AWS Glue Jobs • Generative AI and prompt engineering 📌 Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Design scalable and reliable software solutions • Collaborate with distributed teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and solve technical challenges 🧪 Technology Stack:Java, Spring Boot, AI tools, Generative AI and prompt engineering 📞 Interview stages: • English check (15 minutes) • internal technical interview (1-1,5 hour) • client interview (1 hour) • client interview – cultural fit (45 minutes) 📝 Additional notes: The candidate must be employed in company at 0.125 FTE under UoP (employment contract) and additionally under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract). Payment terms — up to 60 days. Work will be performed using client-provided equipment.
