Government Contract Specialist - Risk Mitigation

Our partner is looking for a Government Contract Specialist - Risk Mitigation based in United States. As a Government Contract Specialist - Risk Mitigation, you will provide contract leadership across commercial and government projects within a complex energy and infrastructure environment. You will guide proposal development, contract reviews, negotiations, risk assessments, and governance throughout the deal lifecycle. The role combines government contracting expertise with commercial judgment, compliance, and operational risk management. You will also oversee government property management activities, audits, inventories, and regulatory reporting. Working cross-functionally, you will partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, EHS, Sales, Operations, and project teams to support sound business decisions. The position offers a fully remote work environment and the opportunity to drive process improvements, strengthen deal discipline, and improve operational performance. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence over contract strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
