Counsel, IP Litigation & Enforcement

This is a globally scoped legal role supporting intellectual property investigations, enforcement, litigation, and compliance response activities. You will serve as a key legal resource for teams handling complex IP matters across multiple jurisdictions and legal systems. The role combines legal analysis, investigations, litigation support, regulatory guidance, and strategic risk management. You will work closely with investigators, clients, outside counsel, law enforcement agencies, regulators, and internal operational teams. Success requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical guidance for non-lawyers.
