Senior Lifecycle Technical Manager

Job Title: Senior Lifecycle Technical Manager Work locations: Paris, France & Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid work) Mandatory skill required: •Vmware, Nutanix, Datacenter, Windowd, DNS, MCS Hands-on plant/OT infrastructure supports experience in PCS (Plant Control System) and MOM/MES (Mfg Ops Mgmt/ Mfg Env Services )environments. •Strong Windows Server and endpoint troubleshooting skills. •Strong Virtualization skills in Nutanix and VMware. •Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and basic switch/network troubleshooting. •Experience with incident, problem, and Good to have skills: •Ability to coordinate effectively with plant operations, vendors, and cybersecurity teams. •Strong technical documentation and operational handover skills. Job Summary: The Lifecycle Manager provides end-to-end technical lifecycle support for Classic infrastructure, Nutanix, and Private 5G (P5G/5G) environments at plants. The role contributes to plant technology strategy, lifecycle roadmaps, modernization initiatives, infrastructure risk management, deployments, migrations, and related technical work. Working closely with plant users, OT and application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, the engineer helps maintain secure, resilient, and production-ready plant infrastructure with minimal operational disruption. Key Responsibilities: •Provide lifecycle support for Classic/legacy infrastructure and Nutanix platforms. •Assess platform health, lifecycle status, technical debt, and obsolescence risks. •Perform and coordinate rack-and-stack activities, including equipment installation, cabling, labelling, power validation, hardware configuration, and physical connectivity checks. •Review capacity, performance, availability, resilience, and infrastructure risks. •Support Windows/Linux, virtualization, compute, storage, and network engineering activities. •Deploy, administer, and support Nutanix infrastructure, including AHV clusters, Prism management, node expansion, health checks, capacity monitoring, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management. •Support P5G/private 5G and industrial wireless infrastructure initiatives. •Coordinate infrastructure activities within Plant/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments. •Maintain accurate CMDB records, configuration items, asset inventories, warranty details, rack layouts, storage allocations, Private 5G/5G assets, and documentation for onboarding, relocation, and decommissioning activities. •Maintain lifecycle roadmaps, asset records, technical documentation, and risk registers. •Coordinate vendors, site teams, engineering teams, and operational support functions. •Coordinate operating system deployments, infrastructure upgrades, workload migrations, cutover activities, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements. •LCM asset provisioning, capacity planning, and Service Introduction for operational support. •Travel to perform Lifecycle. Job Requirements: •Hands-on infrastructure lifecycle engineering experience across Classic/legacy and Nutanix platforms. •Plant technology and OT infrastructure experience. •Understanding of Plant/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments and dependencies. •Knowledge of P5G/private 5G technologies and industrial connectivity. •Experience with lifecycle assessment, refresh planning, and obsolescence management. •Strong capacity, availability, resilience, and infrastructure risk management skills. •Windows/Linux, virtualization, compute, storage, and networking fundamentals. •Ability to produce solution documentation, implementation plans, and operational handover materials. •Vendor coordination and change management experience. •Nutanix certification. •Private 5G or industrial wireless delivery experience. •Automation or scripting skills. •Plant technology strategy experience •Mandarin Chinese fluency Nice to Have Skills. •Experience contributing to plant technology strategy and infrastructure modernization roadmaps. •Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and operational readiness practices. •ITIL knowledge.
