Preferred Qualifications - Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate (any level) or Analyst (2nd year+), or equivalent role within Sales & Trading. - Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail. - Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, transaction documents, and market data. - Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback on complex materials. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables within defined project milestones. - Familiarity with industry-standard documentation, regulatory considerations, and deal structuring nuances.
