CTO | AI and Business Unit Leadership

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CTO | AI and Business Unit Leadership based in Spain. We are looking for an experienced technology executive to lead a technology organisation while taking ownership of a business unit. Working closely with the CEO, you will shape technology strategy and translate business priorities into impactful products and measurable commercial outcomes. A major focus will be turning AI, large language models, and automation into practical capabilities across products and engineering workflows. You will build on substantial AI infrastructure, including a dedicated NVIDIA B300 GPU cluster, to accelerate innovation and deliver tangible value. The role also involves evolving high-throughput, real-time platforms while maintaining reliability, scalability, and security.
