Position: Senior Power Platform Developer / D365 CRM Technical Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Compensation: Best in the Market Role Overview - HSO is looking for an experienced D365 CRM Technical / Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CRM. - The candidate must have strong technical capabilities across Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Pro-Code development, including React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience in integrating Microsoft technologies and building scalable business applications is essential. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM. - Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps). - Build workflows and automation using Power Automate. - Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse. - Develop custom components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Work on PCF controls and custom development. - Customize Dynamics 365 CE applications. - Develop plugins and workflow activities. - Integrate with external systems using APIs and Azure services. - Implement solution management and deployment processes. - Troubleshoot and optimize applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants. - Participate in code reviews and documentation.
