We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support a growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will contribute to the full recruitment cycle, helping identify, attract, assess, and engage candidates across different positions. You will use sourcing platforms, talent databases, and digital tools to build candidate pipelines and keep selection processes moving efficiently. Working closely with the HR team, you will coordinate candidate communications, support hiring activities, and help ensure a positive recruitment experience. You will also contribute to onboarding, HR administration, and process improvements while maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.
