Chief Technology Officer | AI & Technology | Berlin | Hybrid I’ve partnered with an ambitious, fast-growing AI technology company looking for a hands-on CTO to lead its engineering, data science and product organisation. The role: - Take ownership of the technology strategy and engineering organisation. - Lead and scale engineering, data science and product teams. - Stay hands-on with modern software architecture and LLM-driven development. - Drive enterprise readiness, technical scalability and product execution. - Build a high-performance engineering culture with real ownership. What we’re looking for: - Experience as a CTO, VP Engineering or Head of Engineering - Strong software engineering and architecture background, with solid understanding of ML/data science. - Practical experience using and deploying LLM technologies to improve engineering. - Experience scaling teams and building enterprise-ready products. - Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to relocate to Berlin for an on-site role.
