AI Engineer – London - RE/Insurance £90K - £120K + Bonus + Bens We’re looking for an AI Engineer who can take end‑to‑end ownership: from wrestling with unstructured data, to building robust pipelines, to shipping reliable APIs into production. The role is part of a small engineering team and will add much needed capacity to sustain delivery across new work steams. We’re interested in speaking to engineers at all levels who are comfortable with Python, data, and modern LLM tooling, have strong software development skills plus knowledge of model deployment, DevOps and MLOps practices, containerization, and CI/CD. Lot’s of ownership, autonomy, and scope to make visible impact. Strong communication skills, work ethic and problem-solving capabilities are required. City office, hybrid working, sponsorship NOT available.
