In this leadership role, you will guide a team of tax-focused financial coaches, helping them deliver personalized, high-quality guidance that improves members' financial well-being. You will combine people management, operational oversight, and data-driven decision-making to ensure consistent service delivery and measurable results. Alongside leading the team, you will coach members directly for up to 40% of your time, maintaining a strong connection to their needs and challenges. You will develop coaching talent, optimize workflows, and ensure contractual service levels and reporting requirements are consistently met. By analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will strengthen team effectiveness and enhance the overall member experience.
