Ads Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Ads Director based in India. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Ads Director to lead the development, performance, and continuous improvement of a growing Paid Advertising department. In this leadership role, you will oversee advertising quality standards, team development, operational efficiency, and innovation across multiple advertising channels. You will work closely with Ads Strategists and Specialists to strengthen campaign performance and deliver measurable business results for clients, particularly within the automotive industry. Beyond managing team performance, you will identify new advertising opportunities, lead experimentation, and develop scalable processes that improve departmental effectiveness. You will also provide advanced strategic guidance, mentor team members, and ensure successful practices are consistently adopted across the organization.
