Senior Microsoft Consultant

Our Dublin based client are looking for a Senior Microsoft Consultant to join their team in a permanent role. This will be a Management and Leadership level role and an important hire for the business The role is with a company who are a market leader in their industry and it's an exciting career opportunity for the right person Looking for a person who is strong in Microsoft Technologies combined with business acumen, leadership, strategy and customer engagement Responsibilities - Build out the strategic direction, offerings, and plan for growth across the company Microsoft team and platform - Help to grow a high-performing team that's capable of delivering across AI solutions. - Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and best practice for the team and wider company - Lead on the development of an AI strategy and practice - Design and deliver AI programmes for customers with a focus on adoption and collaboration - Help clients to identify practical business use cases for Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies - Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, senior stakeholders and management - Lead discovery workshops, strategy engagements, and solution design sessions. - Translate business challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions. - On occasions, be capable in the areas of public speaking, business development and new customer engagement Requirements - 8+ years' experience in Microsoft consulting or equivalent industry experience. - Proven experience leading customer-facing Microsoft and transformation projects. - Previous experience building, managing, or leading teams that have a focus on Microsoft tools and technologies - Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting sales and business development activities. - Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills. - Strong in team leadership but also capable of engaging at C-Suite level HOW TO APPLY: To apply for this role, please submit your updated CV.
