AI Engineer London / WFH to £80k Are you a hands-on AI Engineer with end-to-end ownership experience? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on AI Engineer role a global reinsurance group, building the technology platform behind a diverse portfolio of insurance products used across its international businesses. As an AI Engineer you'll build and productionise intelligent systems that power next generation digital products, Digital Twins and agentic decision engines. Taking ownership across the full development lifecycle you'll design, develop and deploy behavioural AI models, translating techniques such as sequence prediction, intent modelling and imitation learning into production ready systems. You'll build end-to-end AI pipelines spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, inference and monitoring, while applying causal inference to understand the real world impact of AI driven decisions. Collaborating with software engineers, ML engineers and product teams, you'll integrate AI capabilities into digital platforms through APIs, microservices and event driven architectures. You'll also contribute to Digital Twin and agentic systems, implementing behavioural dynamics, state modelling and decision processes. Location / WFH: You'll join colleagues in plush City offices with onsite gym and barista, three days a week, with flexibility to work from home the other two days.
